Director of Integrated Media Solutions
As the Director of Integrated Media Solutions, you will lead our media strategy, execution, and optimization efforts, ensuring our clients achieve measurable success in their programmatic-first and omnichannel campaigns, including programmatic search and social. You will directly manage and mentor a team of Integrated Media Specialists, who are responsible for translating client briefs into programmatic media plans, overseeing insertion orders and campaign fulfillment, and being accountable for campaign outcomes.
You will drive best practices across the team, cultivate cross-functional collaboration, and enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation. Your leadership will shape our comprehensive media approach, refine internal processes that directly impact the Integrated Media Specialist workflow, and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the organization.
SALARY: $97,000 - 120,000 + quarterly incentive
LOCATION Must be located in the US & eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Travel required
Who You Are
- A strategic and data-driven leader with deep expertise in programmatic, digital media buying, and omnichannel strategies, including programmatic search and social, with a strong understanding of how these are executed by an Integrated Media Specialist team.
- Passionate about media innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and applying insights to optimize campaigns across a team's diverse portfolio, specifically in programmatic, search, and social environments.
- Experienced in leading high-performing teams, fostering the growth and development of Integrated Media Specialists, promoting collaboration, and mentoring talent.
- Adept at partnering with clients and internal stakeholders (especially Sales and Account Management) to develop media strategies that drive business results, understanding the Integrated Media Specialist's role in management across all programmatic channels.
- Analytical and results-oriented, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for both strategic direction and tactical campaign optimizations by your team, particularly within programmatic, search, and social.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and driving process improvements for scalability, particularly those impacting media planning, IO creation, and campaign management workflows for programmatic, search, and social.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the integrated media solutions team, specifically guiding and supporting Integrated Media Specialists, ensuring excellence in strategy, implementation, and performance optimization for programmatic-first campaigns, including programmatic search and social.
- Define and implement best practices for media planning, buying, and measurement across programmatic and omnichannel campaigns, including programmatic search and social, creating clear guidelines for the Integrated Media Specialist team from brief interpretation to post-campaign reporting.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Product) to align overall media strategies with client goals, ensuring seamless handoffs and collaboration with the Integrated Media Specialist team across all digital channels.
- Establish and refine processes for campaign implementation, pacing, and performance analysis for the Integrated Media Specialist team, aiming to maximize efficiency and ROI across all managed campaigns, especially those involving programmatic, search, and social media.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging programmatic platforms, and data-driven strategies to keep our offerings competitive, including advancements in programmatic search and social, and effectively disseminate this knowledge to your team.
- Partner with an internal team to own vendor and partner relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with business objectives, while supporting the Integrated Media Specialist team's vendor interactions for specific campaign needs.
- Provide thought leadership both internally and externally, representing the company in industry discussions and client meetings, often alongside or in support of the Integrated Media Specialist team's client interactions.
